How To Report MLM Reps for Taking Fraudulant PPP Loans

Picture

Why should we report MLM reps that took
PPP
Loans during the pandemic?

There was a very specific list of groups who were not eligible for PPP loans. MLMs or "businesses utilizing a pyramid sale distribution plan" were on that list. The list is very similar to the list of people/businesses that are not eligible for SBA (Small Business Administration) loans, and MLM reps are also on that list. When they took these loans, they knowingly took money that they were not eligible for and because funds were limited, they took it FROM other people and businesses that actually needed it. That is why they should be held accountable. Not to mention, taking a fraudulent loan is a felony.

FOR THE COMPLAINT NARRATIVE
This can be short and sweet.

Mention that you are aware this person took a PPP loan as the representative of an MLM company and KNOWINGLY misrepresented their business in order to get the loan. You can even add a link to the ProPublica page with all of their loan information (example shown above) so they can reference it.
